• Once a year, qualifying residents can get a temporary container for a bulky household cleanup.
• Reservations are online only, never by phone, because agreements must be signed online first.
• Each area gets a postcard, then an opening date, then servicing dates. Some cities are split into zones; match the zone on your postcard.
• Reservations depend on available container capacity during your area's opening window.
• The season runs spring through September, scheduled by area.
• The container is 8 feet wide, 10 feet long and 4 feet deep.
• It goes in the driveway, off the street and public sidewalks. Driveways must be clear; move vehicles, trailers and RVs.
• If the driveway cannot be reached, the container is not delivered and that year's turn is forfeited.
• Residents get up to about 24 hours with the container.
• Furniture, mattresses and similar household items are allowed, plus yard waste.
• Refrigerators and freezers only with a certified appliance professional's tag showing the freon was removed.
• No tires of any size or quantity.
• No paint, oil, batteries, propane tanks, gasoline, freon, antifreeze, pesticides, solvents or other hazardous materials.
• No engines, transmissions, catalytic converters, or lead acid or lithium batteries (electric vehicle batteries included).
• No ammunition, firearms, or explosives.
• Residents only. No commercial or construction dumping.
• Do not overload the container. Crews will not pick up anything left on the ground or curb.
