A garage cleanout is usually boxes that were never unpacked, a wall of shelving, bikes nobody rides, a dead fridge, and the workbench underneath it all. Basements add furniture that was too heavy to carry back up, old carpet, and whatever the last owner left. Sheds are yard tools, broken patio furniture, and the panels from two fences ago. Storage units are all of the above, stacked to the ceiling.

Jeremy handles the full mix: furniture, boxes, bags, shelving, appliances, electronics, and loose clutter. He won't take hazardous waste (paint, solvents, pool chemicals, gas cans), hot tubs, or anything that needs a shovel. Set the hazardous stuff by the door and it stays behind.

To bring the price down: pull the keepers out first, consolidate into one or two rooms, and break down boxes. A two-car garage is typically a few hours. A full basement or estate can run a day or need a second trip, and that's in the price you get before anyone lifts a box.
