Some houses got away from someone. A parent's place that filled up over a decade, a relative's home nobody has been inside in a while, or your own house that reached the point where you don't want anyone to see it. Jeremy clears them across the Salt Lake Valley, and he doesn't make a production of it.

It's one guy and one truck. No crew standing around, no commentary, no rushing you. You say what stays and what goes, and he works room by room. Anything that looks like it matters (paperwork, photos, cash, keys, medication) gets set aside for you to look at before it leaves.

What Jeremy does, and what he doesn't

Jeremy hauls the stuff. Furniture, bags, boxes, papers, clothes, broken things, the piles that block the hallway. He carries it out, loads it, and takes it away, and he keeps going until the rooms you agreed on are clear.

He doesn't do deep cleaning, sanitizing, or anything that needs a remediation company. If there's a hazard in the house, anything biological, chemical, or structural, the right people have to handle that before the hauling starts. If you're not sure what you're dealing with, describe it in the text and he'll tell you honestly whether it's a job for him. What he doesn't take is spelled out on its own page.

Working room by room

Big cleanouts go better in stages. Pick a starting room, usually the one that has to be usable first: the kitchen, the hallway to the bathroom, the bedroom. Jeremy clears it, sets aside anything that looks like it should be kept, and moves to the next. You can be there for all of it, check in by text, or come by at the end of the day.

A house like this can take a full day or need a second trip. That's normal, and it's built into the price you get before anything is loaded. There's no hourly rate ticking while you decide what to keep.

Keeping it low-key

It's a pickup and a trailer in the driveway, the same setup he uses for a couch pickup down the street. No box truck, no crew of six, no dumpster sitting out front for a week. Jeremy parks as close as he can, keeps the loading tidy, and doesn't leave a pile on the lawn overnight. If you'd rather he work from the garage side or the alley, say so.

Where it all goes

The sorting still happens, even on the hard jobs. Anything usable goes to a donation center. Metal, appliances, and cardboard are recycled where they can be. Paper and the real trash go to the landfill. Paint, chemicals, and other hazardous waste stay behind for the county's household hazardous waste drop-off.

For family members and helpers

A lot of these calls come from an adult son or daughter, a sibling, a landlord, or a friend who's been asked to help. You don't need to have it figured out. Send a photo of the worst room and one of the best, tell Jeremy what the goal is (an empty house, a safe path through it, one clear bedroom), and he'll give you a straight answer and one price.

If the person who lives there is nervous about it, that's normal too. Going room by room, at their pace, with someone who isn't judging, is usually what makes it work.

No hourly rate, and the number doesn't change once it's loaded. Jobs start at $100. The only add-ons: mattress or box spring +$40, fridge or freezer +$25, stairs +$25. He tells you before he starts.
