I'm the owner of Salt City Junk Haulers, and when I'm not out helping customers clear out unwanted junk, I'm usually spending time with my wife and our dogs. We're proud to call Utah home, and being part of the local community means a lot to us. I built this business around hard work, honesty, and treating people right. Whether it's a small pickup or a full cleanout, my goal is to make the process easy, respectful, and stress-free while doing what we can to donate, recycle, and keep usable items out of the landfill.
Salt City Junk Haulers is Jeremy Saxey and his truck. Call the number on this site and Jeremy picks up. Text a photo and he prices it. When the truck pulls up, he's the one who gets out and starts carrying. No call center, no crew that changes every week.
He is based in Midvale, right in the middle of the valley, and runs Salt Lake City and every town around it. He's open 24/7, so there's no wrong hour to text. Reviews on Google keep landing on the same three things: he shows up when he says he will, the price is fair, and he texts back fast. That is the business.
Anything usable goes to a local donation center before it goes anywhere near a landfill. Metal, appliances, and cardboard get recycled. It's more work on his end, and it's the right way to do it.
The setup is a silver Nissan Frontier, usually with the trailer behind it, which is why he can park close on a narrow street. Salt City Junk Haulers is licensed and insured. Cash, card, and Venmo all work.

- Donation first. Furniture and household goods that still work go to a local donation center.
- Recycling second. Metal, appliances, and cardboard go to a recycler.
- Landfill last. Only what is actually trash goes to the transfer station.
